Much of the pleasure of being in our Open Space comes from what you see.  Several of our members have contributed photos of views, flowers and animals taken in our open space:

The golden eagle chick grows up - pictures by Brian Murphy.

Land of the Golden Eagle - pictures by Brian Murphy.

The 7/10/03 fire in Lime Ridge Open Space - pictures by Bob Brittain.

Sometimes you set out to see an eagle and see a lot more - photos by Don Jedlovec

Turkeys!, oaks and more - photos by Matt Hess

Great views! - photos by Brian Murphy.

Classes From Seven Hills School plant grass seedlings in Heather Farm Park.

On December 11, 2004, the Foundation celebrated the 30th anniversary of the bond issue that financed the purchase of the first 1800 acres of Walnut Creek's open space.  Click here to see pictures from that event.

We will add more photo galleries as we have material. If you have photos taken in the Open Space that you think are appropriate, send us an email with text and pictures and we'll try to use it.
