We entered Shell Ridge at the Marshall entrance next to the Indian Valley School. Shortly after we walked up the trail along Briones - Mt. Diablo trail we saw a White-Tailed Kite on a hunt arising from the grass with a vole in its claws. © 2003 Don Jedlovec |
